Digital Creative (Art DIrector & Multimedia) - (Head Office)

• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and visual directions for branding, marketing, and corporate communication initiatives.
• Create and design engaging visual assets and multimedia content across digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Conduct research on audience insights, market trends, and content opportunities to support effective creative and marketing strategies.
• Execute end-to-end content production, including planning, design development, asset creation, production coordination, and post-production processes.
• Support internal and external events by producing creative materials, documentation, and content that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall campaign impact.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Creative, Creative Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Marketing, or similar roles.
• Proven experience developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling for branding and marketing initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and equivalent design production tools.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives and business goals into compelling visual and multimedia content.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end creative production, from ideation, design execution, content creation, and asset development to post-production.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, design principles, and content trends across digital and offline channels.
• Experience producing content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with photography, videography, motion graphics, and multimedia production is an advantage.
• Creative thinker with strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
