Assistant PPIC Manager

• Manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to support production targets
• Monitor material availability, production progress, and inventory levels
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and related departments to ensure smooth operations
• Identify planning issues and drive process improvements
• Lead and develop the PPIC team

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and MRP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work with targets and tight deadlines
• Willing to work at Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
