Job description

  • Perform and manage all administrative activities within the store in an orderly, accurate, and timely manner
  • Handle and process all store financial transactions, including fulfillment of basic and operational store needs
  • Monitor and manage store operational expenses in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare and compile store financial reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Maintain proper recording, filing, and documentation of all financial and administrative transactions
  • Coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties regarding administrative and financial matters

Job requirements

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year in administrative, finance, accounting, or cashier roles, preferably in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or service industry
  • Experienced in cash management, financial reporting, data entry, and inventory control
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Willing to work shifts (mall operational hours), 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays), and 1 day off on weekday
