Job description
- Identify and analyze potential risks in trading, operations, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and recommend strategies to minimize or manage risks.
- Monitor crypto market trends and regulatory updates to assess emerging risks.
- Work with different departments to implement risk controls and best practices.
- Support incident response efforts when risks materialize.
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Help design and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or crypto/fintech industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of crypto markets and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
