Job requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs, preferably in the financial services, technology, or crypto asset sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesia’s regulatory landscape, particularly related to financial markets, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies.
- Experience working with Indonesian government agencies, such as Bappebti, OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other regulatory bodies.
- Strong understanding of the transition from Bappebti to OJK and its implications for the crypto industry in Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with government officials, regulators and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate regulatory trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interest in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors, with a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges.
