Job description
- Calling database to educate payment and billing.
- Input new information from customers for company needs.
- Calling database to offer product upgrade, offering company products, cerifying & input new information from customers for marketing strategy needs.
Job requirements
- Minimum D3 any field, maximum 30 years old. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Have experience as Outbound Call Agent.
- Experience as telesales, outstanding negotiation skills, ability to learn about products and services.
