Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead our architecture team and manage multiple high-profile projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of architects (intermediate and junior) in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop design concepts and oversee design development for both architecture and interiors.
• Produce and review 2D and 3D drawings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Supervise on-site work to ensure quality and design integrity.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types (commercial, residential, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Holding an Architect certification is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as required for projects.
