Job description
- Analyze and evaluate company’s current mutual fund product, and give recommedations to optimize product strategy;
- Monitoring performance and develop plans for mutual fund lifecycle; monitoring the market for potential changes that could represent new opportunities, threats, or needs to alter the product in some way;
- Liasing with marketing and investment team to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform mutual fund products development priorities;
- Lead the development of new mutual fund products from concept to launch, including defining product requirements and developing project timelines;
- Managing and mentoring Product & Sharia Investment Management team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills;
Job requirements
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Sound knowledge and understanding of product management, preferably in leadership roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
