Section Head Warehouse Management

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure safeand efficient material handling
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cyclecount, and stock opname activities
• Control receiving, storage, issuance, and return of materials inaccordance with company procedures
• Ensure timely material availability to support production,maintenance, and operational requirements
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and stock-related issues
• Manage warehouse manpower, monitor team performance,and achieve warehouse KPIs and productivity targets
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded inSAP/ERP systems
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company HSE standards
• Prepare warehouse operational reports and provide recommendations for management review
• Develop and optimize warehouse layout, storage systems,inventory control processes, and material flow to improve spaceutilization, operational efficiency, safety, and overall warehouse performance

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, ormaterial management operations

Good knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management

Good knowledge of ERP/SAP Warehouse and Inventory Management System

Material Handling, Storage, and Warehouse Safety Practices in Refinery, Smelter, Mining, Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Other Heavy Industrial Operations
