Job requirements
- Master's Degree (S2) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experienced in administering and interpreting psychological and competency-based assessments.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects.
