- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Review drawings and project specifications.
- Evaluate contractor claims and variations.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Monitor project costs and contract quantities.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, and contracts.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
