Job description
- Lead and oversee Finance & Accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, financial analysis, and internal controls.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FA team.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting including managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Placement: Dumai, Papua, Kutai Kartanegara, Jawa & NTT, Jakarta
