HRGA Internship

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Employer Branding:

• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms to promote the company culture and job opportunities.
• Coordinate internal events, employee highlights, and social media campaigns

✅ Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
• Good communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and design tools (Canva is a plus).
