This is a contract role for an HR Recruitment and Learning Specialist, located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as hiring, interviewing, recruiting, and facilitating communication within the organization.

• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Training and Development
• Excellent organizational and time - management skills
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment and learning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Must be located in commutable distance to sunter, Jakarta Utara
