Wedding Specialist

As a Wedding Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' dreams to life. You will support couples from their first consultation through to the moment they book, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and inspired every step of the way. If you’re a seasoned wedding planner who loves the process of planning but wants to step back from event-day management, this role is your perfect match!

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for a wedding that reflects their unique style.
• Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in our range of venues, catering, and decoration options to provide accurate and detailed information tailored to each couple’s needs.
• Sales Process: Help couples book their weddings with us by fostering genuine connections. Track leads, manage deal statuses, follow up, and nurture leads with a consultative approach.
• Processing Bookings: Manage booking details, monitor deposits, clarify terms and conditions, and address any questions to ensure each couple feels informed and comfortable.
• Client Handover: Seamlessly hand over each client’s vision and requirements to our planning and events team, ensuring no detail is missed.

Skills & Capacity:

• Proven sales experience in the hospitality, wedding or similar industry.
• Exceptional problem solver
• Wedding planning experience will be a key advantage.
• Excellent communication and English skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings to meet client demands.
