About Us:

Bali.Love is Bali’s leading wedding organizer, dedicated to creating unforgettable, tailor-made wedding experiences. As we expand our services, we are introducing travel and accommodation solutions to enhance the wedding experience for our guests. To support this, we looking for a highly experienced Travel & Accommodation Specialist who understands Bali’s top hospitality offerings.

What You'll Do:

• Assist couples and their guests with booking villas, hotels, and transportation.
• Establish strong relationships with resorts, private villas, and accommodations to provide exclusive options for our clients.
• Design personalized travel plans, including pre-wedding excursions, cultural experiences, and extended stays.
• Assist with visas, travel insurance, last-minute changes, and guest inquiries.
• Help grow Bali.Love’s travel services into a key offering for our clients.
• Ensure our wedding guests receive the best travel recommendations and experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bali-based with 5+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or as a Travel Agent.
• Extensive knowledge of Bali’s top hotels, villas, and transportation services.
• Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
• Ability to manage group bookings efficiently.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Tech savvy is preferable, able to learn new technology.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-first mindset.
