Vendor and Catalogue Specialist

We are looking for a Vendor & Catalogue Specialist to join our team in Bali. This role plays an important part in managing and maintaining our product catalogue on a custom-built online platform. You’ll be responsible for adding and updating products, keeping information accurate, organizing categories, and ensuring the catalogue remains intuitive and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Catalogue Management: Add, update, organize, and remove products to ensure accuracy and a seamless user experience.
• Product Information: Review and verify product details, including publishing status and Terms & Conditions.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain regular communication with venues and vendors to ensure the latest product offerings and information are always available.
• Research & Support: Assist the planning team in researching and sourcing new vendors, products, and services to enrich the catalogue.

Requirements

• Based in Bali.
• Proficient in English
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably within the wedding industry.
• Previous e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors and partners.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple priorities effectively..
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with Missive and catalogue/product management tools is a plus.
