Product Engineer

We’re looking for a Product Engineer (Bubble + Frontend Optimization) to join our team full-time — someone who lives and breathes UX, speed, and iteration. You’ll lead a squad focused on making our app better every week — constantly improving UX, driving up conversions, and helping us deliver true magic to our users.

• 2-5+ years in Product / Growth / Frontend Engineering / No-code
• Strong Bubble experience — you can build & ship in Bubble
• Experience with PostHog or similar analytics tools
• Obsessed with UX and UI best practices
• Loves using data to drive product decisions
• Knows how to test, learn, and iterate fast
• Bonus: light JS / CSS skills
• Bonus: experience in growth / CRO roles

What You’ll Do:

• Own frontend optimization for our Bubble app
• Set up analytics & event tracking (PostHog + Bubble)
• Analyze user behaviour, funnels, drop-offs
• Propose & ship UX/UI improvements fast
• Run A/B tests, experiments, feature flags
• Work with designers + frontend devs to execute rapid changes
• Drive a high-velocity testing & iteration culture inside the team
