- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing information clearly and precisely
- Handling Room Reservations
- Answering Phone Calls
- Processing Check-In and Check-Out
- Providing Information Needed by Guests
- Handling Guest Complaints
Job requirements
Qualifications:
* Female
* Maximum age 30 years old
* Minimum height 160 cm
* Well Grooming
* Minimum SMA/SMK (Hotel Accomodation is preferred)
* Have min 1 year experience in the field of LOBBY AMBASSADORFO/GRO/ (FO)
* Fresh graduates are welcome
* Fluent in English
* Have good communication and customer/guest service skills
