• Scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing of individual and commercial products.
• Efficiency planning on production process, material standardization (construction and process)
• Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
• Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine lead time and deadline
• Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production & material usage of production
• Ensures all parties are fully aware of production status and that work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated.
• Coordinates & expedites the placement of raw material purchase orders and/or delivery of material.
• Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, majoring in industrial engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience as PPIC in Furniture manufacturing company
• Leadership/people-handling
• Problem solving and decision-making, critical thinking
• Accountability and responsibility
• Having positive work attitude, detail-oriented person & strong data analyst
• Understand concept of Master Plan Schedule, Capacity Machine, Inventory Management and Manpower Planning
• Willing to be placed at Bitung
