Infrastructure Engineering Specialist

• Security Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and compliance standards
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to evaluate system defences and exposures
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure secure architecture design and implementation across all systems and platforms.

● Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity roles. Experience in blockchain or crypto ecosystems is a strong plus.

● Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other relevant certifications are preferred

● Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin is a plus

Technical Knowledge (preferred):

● Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tools such as Bitdefender GravityZone, CrowdStrike Falcon, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

● SIEM platforms like Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Elastic SIEM for real-time monitoring and incident detection.

● Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools, such as Tenable Nessus, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or Kali Linux.

● Cloud Security and DevOps pipelines across AWS, GCP, or Azure, with expertise in securing CI/CD workflows, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native deployments.

● Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Ansible.

● Experience with container security, network segmentation, infrastructure hardening, and secure secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
