Job description
- Develop, prepare/review and distribute sales, management, and financial reports, in a
- timely and accurate manner, to internal and external stakeholders, including Business
- Unit managers, Board of Directors and other external parties as required.
- Prepare/review unit level reporting to aid business decision-making
- Ensure integrity of financial data working closely with other team members
- Prepare/review and write the monthly Management Discussion and Analysis to accompany the monthly financial statements
- Lead continuous improvements in management reporting preparation, including classification to ensure aligned with the need of the business, driving simplification and automation along with the Company’s beauty team.
Job requirements
- Graduated in finance/accounting from a reputable university with min GPA of 3.3
- Has experience min. 8 years of relevant experience in field and FPA/financial management role for min. 2 years
- Have experiences working in e-commerce/retail/FMCG industries
- Advanced skill in Microsoft excel & power point is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
- Experience in building BI and budgeting/reporting tools is a plus
