We are a growing boutique hospitality company building toward 100+ rooms within the next 3–5 years. We are looking for reliable, disciplined, and service-oriented team members to grow together with us.

No experience welcome — full training provided for candidates with strong attitude and willingness to learn.

⚠️ Important:

This is a combined Front Office & Housekeeping operational role.

Team members are cross-trained to handle both guest service and housekeeping responsibilities as part of a small boutique hospitality team.

This is not a desk-only Front Office position.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle guest check-in & check-out

• Communicate with guests professionally in English

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces

• Prepare rooms to hotel standards

• Conduct room inspections and quality checks

• Support Front Office & Housekeeping daily operations

• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest experience

This role involves hands-on physical work, multitasking, attention to detail, and maintaining high cleanliness standards daily.

📈 Career Path:

Training (3 months): Rp1,500,000 + Rp2,600,000 (staff housing and/or mess accommodation may be provided depending on position, operational requirements, and availability)

Staff: ~Rp3,500,000

Management Trainee: Rp4,000,000 – Rp4,500,000 + bonus

Supervisor: ~Rp5,000,000 (within 1–1.5 years for strong performers)

Requirements:

• Non-smoker (mandatory)

• Good English communication skills

• Minimum SMA/SMK (average score ≥ 82 preferred)

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Must own a motorcycle

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate at own expense

• Ready to start immediately

1. Staff housing and/or mess accommodation may be provided depending on position, operational requirements, and availability.
2. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan coverage (JKK & JKM).
3. BPJS Kesehatan coverage for employee and eligible family members after 3 full months of employment.
4. Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) provided after completion of 12 full months of employment, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
5. Annual leave entitlement of 1 day per month accrued after completion of 12 full months of employment.
6. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan retirement and pension programs (JHT & JP) may be provided after 18 months of employment based on employment status and company policy.
7. Eligibility for additional monthly performance and occupancy-based bonuses after 18 months of employment, subject to company performance and individual evaluation.
