We are a growing pet care business that includes a pet shop, online sales operations, and a veterinary clinic. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and animal-loving team member who is willing to learn and assist in various areas of the business.

This is not a desk-only position. The successful candidate will be involved in customer service, online sales, pet shop operations, veterinary clinic support, and general animal care duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the pet shop and veterinary clinic.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Schedule veterinary appointments.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Online Sales & Administration

• Manage online orders from e-commerce platforms and social media.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Update product listings, pricing, and inventory.
• Coordinate order packing and shipping.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and online marketing activities.

Pet Shop Operations

• Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
• Receive and organize incoming deliveries.
• Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and professional.

Veterinary Clinic Support

• Prepare consultation rooms before and after appointments.
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary nurses with non-medical tasks.
• Clean and disinfect cages, kennels, examination tables, and equipment.
• Assist with animal handling and restraint when trained and instructed.
• Monitor hospitalized or boarding animals and report concerns.
• Wash food bowls, bedding, carriers, and related equipment.

Animal Care & General Duties

• Feed animals according to instructions.
• Walk dogs when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of animal housing areas.
• Observe animals and report unusual behavior, illness, or safety concerns.
• Assist with pet boarding and daycare operations.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements

•  Non-smoker (mandatory)
• Good English communication skills
• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK).
• Professional attitude and appearance
•  Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and other animals.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting pet food, cleaning cages, and handling active work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, social media).
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate at own expense
• Willing to learn new skills and assist across different departments.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, pet shops, veterinary clinics, hospitality, or administration is an advantage but not required.

Position Overview

The Pet Shop & Veterinary Assistant will support daily operations across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals, interacting with customers, and helping wherever needed.

No two days are the same. You may be assisting customers at the front desk, processing online orders, helping maintain cleanliness, stocking products, or supporting the veterinary team.

1. Staff housing and/or mess accommodation may be provided depending on position, operational requirements, and availability.
