KOL & Affiliate Specialist

We are looking for a talented and results-driven KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join our growing digital agency team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates that align with the brand’s vision.
• Develop and implement KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize efforts.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, partnerships, and performance-based incentives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and sales) to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and affiliate programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven 2-year-experience in KOL/influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
