Job description

Vendor Management (for fleet rent (1PL), all in dedicated fleet rent (2PL), and Oncall)

- Sourcing & meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate

any product or service-related concerns


Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management and/or vendor management.
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or distribution industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management operations (cars, motorcycles, trucks).
  • Ability to manage vendor negotiations and performance evaluations.
  • Proficient in fleet management systems/software (e.g., Fleetio, Samsara, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and vehicle compliance requirements (vehicle registration, inspections, insurance, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating vendor performance and fleet efficiency.
  • Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets for fleet and vendor data analysis
