Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression from prospecting to closing.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and demonstrate our premium aesthetic devices to clients.
• Cross collaboration with related departments to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients

Qualifications

• Minimum education background is D3/S1 of all major.
• Proven track record in sales roles such as a Sales Specialist, Sales Consultant, Account Executive or similar role, preferably in aesthetic/luxury/premium goods/insurance/private banking industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based client relationships.
• Demonstrates a strong commercial mindset with a consistent drive to exceed targets.
• Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Able to understand English.
• Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license (SIM C).
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance, demonstrating a confident and engaging personality.
