Job description
- Sales Leadership: Set KPIs, conduct weekly reviews.
- Team Strategic Planning: Own revenue targets, market expansion and customer acquisition tactics.
- Sales Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and productivity across the team.
- CRM Evaluation & Change Management: Assess the effectiveness of CRM systems and sales tools, lead change initiatives to improve adoption.
- Team Management: Supervise, coach and develop the BD team.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in business development, sales, or a related managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and business expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
