Assistant Chief Engineer

Description:

Assist in managing daily maintenance, repairs, and inspections

Act as Officer-in-Charge during absence of Chief Engineer

Oversee execution of preventive maintenance via CMMS (e.g., MX)

Ensure timely resolution of all work orders

Coordinate small-to-medium scale projects and supervise contractors

Report progress and propose improvements

Ensure engineering actions meet luxury standards

Enforce fire safety and emergency protocols

Supervise and assign technicians based on zone

Support training and coaching effort

Monitor utilities and support energy-saving initiatives

participate in environmental programs such as green engage

Qualification:

Min Diploma in Hotel engineering or Building Maintenance

Having relevant experience

Strong technical knowledge for HVAC, electrical, and fire systems

Proficient in CMMS, Ms. Office, and AutoCAD is a plus

Fluent in English, both speaking writing
