Stock Opname Staff

What you'll be doing

1. Perform regular and periodic stock counts of our jewellery and other merchandise
2. Reconcile inventory records with physical stock to identify and investigate any discrepancies
3. Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and support the month-end and year-end closing processes
4. Collaborate with the Purchasing and Sales teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment
5. Implement and maintain effective inventory management procedures and controls
6. Provide support for ad-hoc inventory-related projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock counting or a similar role
3. Proficient in using inventory management software and spreadsheet applications
4. Has driver lisence, minimum SIM C
5. Willing to work in Alam Sutera and mobile to stores
