Graphic Design Staff

Job summary

Create compelling visual content for Passion Prive, Passion Jewelry, and Diamond & Co across digital and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media, digital ads, campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Develop visual concepts that align with each brand’s identity and target audience.
• Design promotional materials such as banners, brochures, catalogs, POSM, and store materials.
• Edit and retouch jewelry/product images for marketing purposes.
• Create basic motion graphics/video content for social media and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and other teams to deliver creative assets.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Experience with social media content and digital marketing materials.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual design skills.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, luxury, or jewelry is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work with tight deadlines.
• Able to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback.
