Job description

NWP Property is looking for a highly driven and analytical Corporate Legal M&A professional to support the company’s strategic growth, and corporate transactions. This role will be instrumental in managing end-to-end legal aspects of deals, from due diligence to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support legal due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including NDAs, term sheets, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and related documents.
  • Identify legal risks and provide strategic advice to management on deal structures and transaction implications.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all M&A and corporate activities.
  • Support post-transaction integration, including legal documentation and corporate structuring.
  • Review and advise on corporate documents, licenses, and permits related to target companies or projects.


Job requirements

Requirements

  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable and accredited university.
  • Minimal 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate transactions, or capital markets, preferably from a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong experience in handling end-to-end M&A transactions and legal due diligence.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English (transaction documents, agreements, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of corporate law, investment regulations, and transaction structuring.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
