Architect

NWP Property, one of Indonesia’s leading retail real estate owners and operators with over 30 malls across the country, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing our retail properties, ensuring every project reflects quality, efficiency, and the vibrant NWP culture.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop concepts, layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings for mall renovations, tenant fit-outs, and new retail development projects.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Present design proposals and visualizations to management and stakeholders for review and approval.
• Collaborate closely with Leasing, Operations, and Project teams to translate business needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
• Review and approve tenant drawings to ensure compliance with mall design standards, building codes, and operational requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support budgeting and feasibility studies by providing design inputs and cost-conscious solutions.
• Continuously improve and update design standards and guidelines for all NWP malls.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in retail, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D SketchUp, rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, and capable of producing compelling presentations for management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
• Detail-oriented, with strong project management and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
