Waiter

The Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests by ensuring a welcoming dining experience, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks efficiently, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the resort's service standards.

As a Waiter at Nikoi Private Island, you will deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service to create memorable dining experiences for our guests while upholding the resort's high standards of hospitality. You will work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure exceptional service in a unique island environment.

The Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene practices is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Available to join immediately and willing to be based at Nikoi Private Island.
