BARISTA

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (coffee, non-coffee, and signature drinks) following recipe guidelines and hygiene standards.

Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages to tables efficiently.

Maintain strict cleanliness, organization, and readiness across both the bar and dining floor areas.

Operate bar equipment, espresso machines, and the POS system accurately.

Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and promptly address guest needs.

Assist with daily bar inventory checks and restocking.

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry (coffee shop, dining, or bar environment).

Basic barista knowledge (espresso extraction, milk steaming) combined with strong floor service skills.

Excellent communication skills, neat appearance, and a genuine customer-first attitude.

Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under peak-hour pressure.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
