Job description
Responsibility
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Manage corporate governance, licenses, and statutory filings.
- Oversee compliance programs, risk management, and legal policies.
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, and liaise with external counsel.
- Maintain relationships with government bodies and external stakeholders.
Job requirements
Requirement
- Bachelorโs degree in Law (preferably Masterโs degree or professional certification in corporate law/business law).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in legal, corporate affairs, or compliance functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Solid experience in handling corporate documentation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to corporate governance, litigation management, and government relations is an added value
