Staff Designer

Design visual assets for social media, campaigns, ads, and brand materials. Create templates to maintain brand consistency. Collaborate with teams to align visuals with goals. Support video production from concept to editing, including motion graphics and sound. Conduct photography sessions, manage styling, and retouch images. Organize creative workflows across clients and participate in brainstorming. Stay updated on industry trends and tools.

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or photography
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Experience with video production and post-processing workflows
• Familiarity with social media content formats and platform requirements
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to diverse brand styles
