Job description

  • Proven in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
  • Strong communication & empathetic handling of employee matters
  • Business acumen with HRGA alignment to organizational goals
  • Skilled in strategic HR planning & workforce development
  • Experienced in performance management & training programs
  • Proficient in Talenta, BPJSTK, and PPh 21 payroll systems
  • Conducted stock opname for Salon & F&B outlets
  • Managed office/outlet maintenance & vendor coordination


Job requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRGA roles, preferably in multi-industry environments (e.g., F&B, retail, creative agency, manufacturing).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Talenta or similar HRIS platforms
  • Solid understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJSTK) and PPh 21 tax regulations
  • Familiar with payroll processing and employee data management
  • Able to conduct stock opname and manage inventory systems

HR Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding practices
  • Experience in performance management and career development
  • Capable of designing and implementing training programs
  • Skilled in workforce planning and organizational development

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and empathy in handling employee matters
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking capabilities

Operational Skills:

  • Experience in managing office and outlet facilities
  • Able to coordinate with vendors and oversee maintenance and cleanliness
