Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRGA roles, preferably in multi-industry environments (e.g., F&B, retail, creative agency, manufacturing).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Talenta or similar HRIS platforms
- Solid understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJSTK) and PPh 21 tax regulations
- Familiar with payroll processing and employee data management
- Able to conduct stock opname and manage inventory systems
HR Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding practices
- Experience in performance management and career development
- Capable of designing and implementing training programs
- Skilled in workforce planning and organizational development
