Deskripsi Pekerjaan:


Sebagai General Admin & Customer Service, Anda akan menjadi penghubung utama antara perusahaan dan pelanggan serta bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran proses administrasi internal.

Job requirements

1. Customer Communication Management

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and various online marketplaces for three brands.
  • Provide accurate product information, assist with orders, and manage post-sales service.
  • Ensure high standards of profesional and customer satisfaction in all communications.


2. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Perform routine stock opname (inventory checks) for beauty clinic and F&B brands.
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Support stock planning by providing timely inventory reports to relevant departments.


3. Sales Order & Documentation Support

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO).
  • Ensure all documents are accurately recorded, filed, and accessible for audit and reporting purposes.
  • FU on payment terms, delivery schedules, and order statuses as required.


4. Marketplace & E-Commerce Management

  • Monitor and update product listings, pricing, and availability on online marketplaces.
  • Track customer reviews and respond professionally to enhance brand credibility.
  • Coordinate promo or campaigns with the mkt team for better online reach.
