Social Media Specialist

• Create daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Madame Gie.

• Develop social media strategies to increase engagement rates for Madame Gie, Stacey, and MLT.

• Ensure all content, photoshoots, and social media activities for the brand and Madame Gie Squad run according to plan.

• Act as a gatekeeper to prevent a negative brand image on social media.

• Responsible for leading the photoshoot sessions for new product launches:

Create moodboards for model and product photos.

• Coordinate with the technical team (photographer & videographer).

• Support the monthly e-commerce content campaigns.

• Assist with offline marketing activities for the brand (pop-up stores, events).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or communications.
• Proven experience in managing high-engagement brand social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and both organic & paid content strategies.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media listening tools.
• Analytical skills to track performance and generate insightful reports.
• Experience in managing online communities or working with influencers/KOLs.
• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends.
