Job description
- Act as the primary point of contact between the BD team and the external legal consultant. Assist in requesting, tracking, and following up on the drafting and review of legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), client contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Maintain a highly organized digital filing system for all signed contracts, legal paperwork, and BD correspondences. Ensure all documents are properly executed and safely archived.
- Conduct basic research to identify creative industry trends, film/commercial productions, and map out potential client prospects for LMN VFX services.
- Collaborate with the BD team to draft, organize, and format proposal documents and presentation materials (pitch decks).
- Help schedule meetings with clients, partners, and the legal consultant. Prepare meeting materials and draft accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Act as a communication bridge between the BD team, Internal Team regarding initial project requirements and administrative readiness.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law/Legal Studies, Communications, or a related field. (A basic understanding of business contracts is a strong advantage).
- 0–1 year of work experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience in Business Development, Legal Administration, Sales, or Account Management are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with document generation or management tools is a plus.
- Exceptional meticulousness and accuracy, especially when handling, reading, and formatting sensitive legal and business documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English. Must be able to interact professionally with external legal consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Proactive, organized, possesses a strong willingness to learn, and operates well in a fast-paced creative environment like the Visual Effects (VFX) industry.
