Apéritif Restaurant - A prestigious fine dining establishment in Ubud is seeking a passionate, polished, and professional Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress to join our elite guest service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class food and beverage service matching luxury standards.
• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, seat them, and maintain discreet, attentive care throughout the entire meal.
• Maintain pristine station cleanliness and elegant table settings throughout service hours.
• Take accurate orders and relay them precisely to the kitchen and bar.
• Execute flawless silver service, table maintenance, and wine pouring standards.
• Anticipate guest needs discreetly and handle any concerns with total professionalism.
• Menu Expertise: Master the ingredients, preparation methods, daily specials, and allergy details for every dish. Provide expert wine and cocktail recommendations or pairings.
• Order Execution: Take accurate food and drink orders (often memorized or logged via POS) and coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Table Management: Serve courses in proper sequence, clear plates professionally, crumb tables between courses, and replace silverware with precision.
• Billing: Present checks, process secure payments, and handle transactions gracefully.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional foreign languages are a strong plus.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational education.
• Able to work in a team and available to join immediately
• Certification from a reputable hospitality or school is a plus.
