Trainee - Bartender - Pinstripe Bar

To assists the bar and beverage team in daily operations, learning mixology standards, and delivering luxury guest service while under the supervision of senior bartenders and outlet managers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist daily bar operations.
2. Prepare ingredients and bar mise en place,
3. Follow recipes and service standards.
4. Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene.
5. Support bartenders during service.
6. Handle glassware and bar equipment properly.
7. Maintain stock and reports shortages.
8. Learn and follow Pinstripe standars.
9. Follow opening and closing checklist according to Pinstripe standards.

General Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Vocational High School (SMK), Tourism Academy, or University majoring in Hospitality or F&B Service.
• Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English to interact with global guests.
• Appearance & Grooming: Well-groomed, neat, and professional personal presentation.
• Attitude: Positive mindset, willing to learn bar preparation and service standard and also product knowledge, humble, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability: Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
• Physical: physically fit and able to perform standing work for extended periods.
