Bartender - Pinstripe Bar

About the Role

We are looking for a charismatic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will be the face of our bar, crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Mixology: Prepare both classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Customer Service: Welcome guests, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a memorable bar experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track daily/weekly sales, and assist with ordering supplies.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a spotless bar area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Cashier Duties: Process orders and handle payments using the bar’s POS system accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist (minimum 1–2 years).
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication skills and a highly energetic, customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask, even during busy peak hours.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification from a reputable hospitality or bartending school is a plus.
