iOS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications using Swift.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs, and optimize app performance and stability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Implement UI/UX designs with pixel-perfect accuracy and smooth animations.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior team members.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and development trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in native iOS development.
• Proficient in Swift and the iOS SDK, including SwiftUI, Core Data, Core Animation, and related frameworks.
• Experience with Xcode, debugging, and testing tools for iOS.
• Strong understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Git and experience with version control in collaborative environments.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON for data integration.
• Solid grasp of design patterns, data structures, and clean architecture principles.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and deliverables independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in App Store submission, including handling rejections and resubmissions efficiently.
• Familiarity with security best practices, including encryption, biometric authentication, and secure networking
• Experience with Combine, RxSwift, Alamofire, Realm, and Firebase is plus
