Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of purchasing strategies in line with business needs.
  • Handle and coordinate purchasing activities, including creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and communicating with vendors
  • Prepare and report purchasing data, such as cost updates, order status, and basic KPIs, to the Purchasing Lead or Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and reliable service


Job requirements

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
  • Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good negotiation and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
