Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and release daily transactions (reimbursement, cash advance, and vendor payments).
  • Prepare and execute bank payments for utilities and operational expenses.
  • Ensure all supporting documents and tax information are complete and properly attached.
  • Assist and coordinate with related divisions in compiling operational recap and cash advance documentation.
  • Support budgeting for petty cash and operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and approval flow.


Job requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in finance/admin finance role (fresh graduate with relevant internship may apply)
  • Basic understanding of journal entries and accounting principles
  • Familiar with accounting systems, expense management platform, and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle high-volume transactions.
  • Good communication skill and able to coordinate with HQ and regional operations team
  • Willing to be based in Bali
