Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Process and release daily transactions (reimbursement, cash advance, and vendor payments).
- Prepare and execute bank payments for utilities and operational expenses.
- Ensure all supporting documents and tax information are complete and properly attached.
- Assist and coordinate with related divisions in compiling operational recap and cash advance documentation.
- Support budgeting for petty cash and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and approval flow.
Job requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in finance/admin finance role (fresh graduate with relevant internship may apply)
- Basic understanding of journal entries and accounting principles
- Familiar with accounting systems, expense management platform, and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle high-volume transactions.
- Good communication skill and able to coordinate with HQ and regional operations team
- Willing to be based in Bali
