We're looking for a driven Business Development professional to help grow our company's market presence in Bandung and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and negotiation.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients/partners
• Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies
• Track sales pipeline, prepare regular reports, and forecast revenue targets
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/growth targets
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good working proficiency in English
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
