Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsible for maintaining and increasing clinic business performance.
• Responsible for clinic management.
• Responsible for maintaining medical care services and managing all equipment necessities including but not limited to ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, developing a budget, evaluating the quality of service, and maintaining communication with stakeholders related to the clinic.
• Responsible for maintaining service quality and service excellence in the clinic.
• Responsible to be a communicator between Klinik Pintar and the clinic.
• Analyze clinic patients' demands, providing information & solution according to their needs.
• Driving excellence in strategic planning and strategic execution in the clinic.
• Responsible for any documentation & report related to any partnership activities or progress.

Key Duties:

• Report to the Area Manager every update and issue in the clinic.
• Work closely with the Area Manager and Fellow Team Members to analyze and improve every aspect of clinic business performance and management.
• Work closely with the Area Manager and Fellow Team Members to create initiatives to increase clinic business performance and clinic management.
• Reporting monthly analysis and growth trend clinic business performance.
• Actively communicate with the clinic and 3rd party partners to enhance service deliverables and engagement
• Ensuring the development and implementation aligns with OKR
• Create and implement a program to engage clinic patients and satisfaction
• Work together with other internal teams such as but not limited to the product tech team for enhanced service care and operation team for implementation.
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solution

• Min. Bachelor's degree from all major
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospital management/same position as Clinic Manager, Clinic Business
• Able to develop strategies, programs, and work reports
• Able to lead and supervise work teams
• Able to communicate and socialize well
• Willing to Work from Office
