Job description
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, potential markets, and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations for potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products, services, or business solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and other relevant sales or partnership documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation or delivery of agreed solutions.
- Monitor and maintain an accurate sales/business development pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and clients throughout the business development process.
- Achieve assigned business development, sales, revenue, or acquisition targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions, opportunities, and business development activities.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel or meet clients when required.
- Experience using CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
